Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping can be calculated two ways- automatically based on items’ size and weight, or a flat fee. Most orders will be shipped via priority USPS, however larger orders may be shipped via UPS. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped with 3-5 business days depending on the warehouse availability of the items purchased. Orders containing items all of the same brand will be drop-shipped directly from the warehouse, otherwise orders are received at our retail location, and packaged together to minimize shipping costs.

What if I need to return an item?

Customer service is our #1 priority. Our goal is for you to enjoy every interaction with our team, and all of the items you purchase from us! However, should you decide you’d like to return an item, we will accept returns up to 30 days after your purchase. All items must have original tags attached.

If your item was specially ordered, you may be charged a restocking fee up to 15% of the cost. Your refund will be issued to you in the same form of payment you used to purchase. Items purchased through payroll deduct programs, and items without original receipt will be refunded via gift card/in-store credit.

Garment Guarantee

In an effort to be fair and consistent to all of our customers and continue to provide you with the best possible service, there are certain items that are not eligible for return. Non-returnable items include seasonal and holiday prints, discontinued styles and prints, customized embroidered garments and medical accessories. All items that have been worn and/or washed are also no eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, please contact us directly. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the items. Cancelling your online profile will not automatically cancel you order. You must contact us directly.

Embroidery

Embroidery typically takes 3-5 days to be completed, once items have been received. If this is the first time we have embroidered items for you, we may require your approval before moving forward with your items. Custom embroidered items may take longer. Please contact us directly to discuss your custom order.
