We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below:

Standard Returns

• Returns within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment, EXCEPT for cash purchases. NO CASH REFUNDS will be given.

• Returns after 30 days will be issued as a Store Credit or Gift Card.

Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following criteria:

• In brand new condition

• Unworn, unwashed, and tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Stethoscopes

• PPE

• Shoes

• Monogrammed items

• Holiday or Clearance items

Unclaimed Orders

• Non-custom items not picked up within 30 days of pickup notification will be restocked.

• A Store Credit will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee.
